Course Overview:

The course is designed for engineers and technicians who are working in industries and

factories as a responsible for maintain Hydraulic units to keep them aware with latest

technology in those fields and also to improve their skills

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will:

 Understand the function, construction and operation of the hydraulic and

pneumatic components

 Be able to read and understand the hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams

 Be able to assemble and design simple hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

 Understand the basic formula used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems

 Learn the construction and operation of electro hydraulic control systems

 Be able to read and draw the step-function diagrams for electro hydraulic circuits

 Learn the difference between conventional electrical systems and PLC

 How to read and write ladder diagram for many applications

 Be able to quickly and properly trouble-shoot and repair malfunctioning hydraulic

systems to reduce the down-times of the machines and preserve their productivity

 Be able to deal with different catalogues and select the alternatives

 Learn sales skills to achieve the maximum target for the company

 Learn the main features for mobile and industrial applications

 Learn how to get the necessary information from customer to build hydraulic

systems

 Be able to prepare the technical proposal to introduce it to customer

 Be able to supervise and assemble hydraulic power unit
